Shipping:


Q: What is the shipping Cost?

A: Our shipping cost is on an order by order basis. After your order is complete, the check out process will generate a total.

Q: What location does Everything Charizma ship to?

A: We ship nation-wide and international.

Q: When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery, depending on the garments complexity. When your order is in stock all orders placed before 6pm go out same day.

Q: What if the order is lost in the mail?

A: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
 

Returns:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges


Wrong Address - If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

PREORDER:
 Pre-Order items can take up to three weeks  be shipped. If you have any questions email us at everythingcharizma@gmail.com. A Pre-Order email will be sent once your item has shipped. If for any reason there is an issue regarding your order well we notify you via email.
